Rose Quartz gently draws off negative energy and replaces it with loving vibes. It strengthens empathy and sensitivity and aids the acceptance of necessary change. It is an excellent stone for mid-life crisis. Just holding the stone will encourage positive affirmations.

I use Rose Quartz every day in my work. At the end of each session I place my client in a rose quartz grid to balance them out emotionally and physically. When I remove the grid they feel refreshed and revived and ready to take on the world!
