Emotional Freedom Technique finds out the emotions or stories from your life that have caused the imbalance. Illness can be understood as a lesson you have given yourself to help remember who you are.
Disease can manifest physically or emotionally in the body. For example back ache, depression, stress or digestive disorders. I determine the amount of emotions or stories from your life behind the physical or emotional disease. After the amounts of emotions have been determined, we then work through them. Using a tapping technique, we can eradicate the emotions, reprogram the mind and allow the body to heal; easing the physical or emotional pain as each emotion is released.
